Children's
Fund is a public charity dedicated to children's healthy
development and education worldwide. Children's Fund
supports organizations and individuals as they seek
to meet the needs and nurture the full potential of
children from birth to adulthood.
We
accomplish our mission by directly providing services
to children, youth and families in need and through
grants awarded for projects proposed both by individuals
and organizations in the U.S. and
internationally.

character–the surprising openness of Afghans, the
indefatigable smiles of Palestinians, enthusiastic cheers
of cricket-playing Pakistanis, the curious eyes of Turks.
But their faces also reflect how the promise of youth
is too often squandered. Afghan kids are desperate just
for the chance to go to school. Palestinians are increasingly
growing up hungry. Turkish children fear a war they
